Rooms

The ground floor of our house, where there used to be stables, has been converted into three B&B rooms, a cantina and a storage room. Furthermore, a fourth B&B room has been created on the first floor.

All rooms have a private entrance and a private bathroom. The room on the first floor also has a private roof terrace. Three rooms have airconditioning (L’Olivo, Il Noce and Il Fico).

All rooms and surroundings are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.


The room prices are based on 2 persons per night.

The rooms are rented in June, July and August with a minimum of 3 nights.

The season runs from April untill October

Cozy room on the ground floor

Il Noce

Il Noce is a cozy, bright room on the ground floor. The room has a kingsize bed (1.80m – 2.00m), which can also be used as two single beds. A bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer. Furthermore, this room is air-conditioned.

As soon as you step out of the room, you have a view of Lago di Penne and the Majella beyond.

Cozy rooms with separate box-springs

Il Fico

Old-fashioned pietri stones adorn this cozy room. The room is furnished with a double box spring, which can also be used as two single box springs. The room has a view of the village of Penne at the rear and as soon as you step out of the room you have a beautiful view of the Lago di Penne and the Majella beyond. Furthermore, this room is air-conditioned.

L’Olivo

  • This room is located on the first floor and has a private roof terrace of approx. 20 m2. L’Olivo is furnished with a double box spring (length: 210 cm), which can also be used as two separate single box springs.  This room is air-conditioned.
